About the Role
This is a full-time on-site Senior Executive Human Resources role located in Bhiwadi. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources. The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee the entire Human Resource department of the company, ensuring the smooth operation and execution of all HR processes and policies. The Senior Executive Human Resources will report to higher management and will work closely with the other departments as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
4-6 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in a consulting or services industry
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and communication
Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
